Ryan Owner Ryan Diem has been a fixture on the Indianapolis Colts' Offensive Line for the last 9 years, and has started at Right Tackle for the last seven seasons. During his collegiate football career at NIU, Diem started all four years and was a captain for two seasons for the Huskies. He made the honor roll every semester at Northern and currently plays for the NFL team with the highest percentage of college graduates in the NFL.
